Evan Wiebe
Serving in: Thunder Bay
Evan is responsible for facilitating LHNM’s outdoor education and ministry program called Akwachink (meaning “outside” in Ojibwe). He works to develop the leadership potential of First Nations believers through land based and camp style activities. This involves developing and running programming like trips or camps and training others who can go farther into the many communities across northern Ontario.
Prayer Requests
• That God would continually equip me with His wisdom and humility. That the fruit of the Spirit would be evident in my life as I strive to walk in the Spirit.
• That I would lead my household as God has called me to, prioritizing Him in prayer and devotion to His Word.
• That I would be effective as a team leader and diligent in my planning. That individuals would grow in their personal character as leaders and Christians.
• That all involved in Akwachink would stay safe under God’s protection both physically and spiritually.
To support Evan financially in his ministry, please direct donations to Akwachink when prompted.
